VCU Certification
Safety Checklist Temporary Employment Agencies (VCU) is a standard for health and safety for temporary workers. The VCU certificate is often requested from employment agencies by clients, with names if they are themselves VCA certified.
With a VCU certificate you show as a temporary employment agency that you take the safety and health of your temporary workers seriously. Important aspects of the VCU standard are the prior identification of risks on which the temporary agency worker can be carried out and the agreements made with hirers on, for example, training requirements and PPE to continue.
The VCU also includes the standard that temporary employment agencies demonstrably fulfill all financial obligations. A requirement has been included for this that only temporary employment agencies that are certified in accordance with the NEN-4400-1 VCU can be certified.
ARBO Rotterdam supported companies in setting up the VCU system up to and including the certification. In addition, we can maintain your system annually through internal audits and provide support with issues.
You can also contact ARBO Rotterdam for the standard-oriented training courses in the VCU, such as Basic SCC, VIL-SCC and VOL-SCC.
